Stampede

[edit]

Is the bridge incident described the Baghdad bridge stampede (31 Aug 2005)? Bolivian Unicyclist 14:35, 23 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your question is not in the right syntax. "Al-Aaimmah bridge" has Adhamiyah at one end and the word literally means "the Imam's bridge" in arabic (source) . MPS 02:23, 24 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

2007 Seucrity

[edit]

By late fall 2007, life in Adhamiya had begun to resemble a city again with traffic jams, the reopening of shops, and an abatement of violence. Security efforts of the 3-7 Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and cooperation of the local populace were credited as factors contributing to this change.

Source? 2nd BCT, 82nd Airborne had Adhamiyah in it's AO 2007 to early 2008. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.107.240.37 (talk) 15:11, 30 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
