".....family became enormously wealthy owning and developing the area that is now Malibu". I don't think Rindge made much money in his life time on Rancho Malibu. He preserved it, rather than developed it. Rindge inherited his enormous wealth.Emargie (talk) 19:14, 12 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
