- Reading the articles it seems to me that Acathistus is a particular Akathist and therefore should not be merged. RJFJR 15:13, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
- Acathistus (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) is just a badly written article with a narrower focus than Akathist (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs). - I am going to go ahead and create this page as a redirect. Most of the information in the article is the same from what is in the Akathist article.
