Information to be added or removed: Update Introduction paragraph to Academic Programs International (API) is an independent study abroad provider based in the United States. Its study abroad locations include Argentina, Australia, Bhutan, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates.
API also offers international internships in Argentina, Australia, Chile, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, and Spain on which participants have the opportunity to earn college credit. Teach, Work, and Volunteer Abroad opportunities are also offered in Argentina, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam. High School and Gap Year programming is also available.
API procures housing and educational arrangements as well as excursions in each program. A scholarship opportunity of $250–1000 per student is also provided, the amount being partially based on financial need and partially based on the student's merits (essays/recommendations).
Explanation of issue: These changes are requested on behalf of Academic Programs International (API). The information currently available is outdated and/or incorrect.
