I am disclosing a WP:COI as an employee of Heidi Health. I am removing the specific mention of a "Heidi Health 2026 Audit" from the "Adoption and Challenges" section for the following reasons:

2. Verifiability (WP:V): The audit mentioned is a "ghost source" with no public record. It appears to be part of a coordinated smear campaign currently being investigated under WP:SPI.

3. Narrative Laundering: This text was inserted by User:Ryesaid0004 immediately after identical text was added to the Heidi Health brand page. This suggests an attempt to "launder" a brand-specific dispute into a broader industry narrative.

The article is a bit of a mess. There's some content that looks LLM-generated. There's a lot of content that's a bit POVy, quite a lot of unbalanced criticism. There are some less ideal citations. I've boldly gone in and re-titled the article and re-arranged stuff. I'm re-writing various bits of text. Depending how far I get, that may remove any concerns over AI-generated content.
