Talk:AI observability
Add topicReview
[edit]Nice article! Good balance between the ML/MLOps angle and the newer LLM/agent-specific signals. I just fixed a minor typo/inconsistency LorenzoBossi00 (talk) 13:01, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
Abbreviations, citations, and a source that does not appear to verify the claim
[edit]Hi! Thanks for the work on this article. A few points from a review pass:
Abbreviations
- "LLMs" is defined but the abbreviated form is not reused later in the text. If it only appears once, it is better to spell it out and drop the abbreviation.
- "MLOps (machine learning operations)" is defined twice, once in the lead and again in the "Relation to MLOps" section. An abbreviation should only be introduced once, at its first occurrence.
Citations
- The first paragraph of the article has only a single citation. More importantly, I searched that cited source for "AI observability" and found no matching result, so the source does not appear to support the statement. Could this be checked and a source that actually verifies the claim be provided?
- The "Background" section looks lightly sourced at the moment and would benefit from additional citations.
- The sentence "Techniques associated with AI observability include:[4]" carries a citation that seems unnecessary here, since the sentence itself does not make a claim; it only introduces a list. The citation may be better placed on the list items that actually state something.
- The first paragraph of the "Regulatory and compliance context" section ends without a citation. Could a supporting source be added?
Thanks! AMA2210 (talk) 13:09, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
Review #1
[edit]Good article and excellent work overall. The article is clear, comprehensive, and well structured, providing a thorough overview of AI observability from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The content is technically sound. Minor improvements I would suggest are adding a few more independent secondary sources to complement the vendor documentation in the commercial platforms section ThetaXVIII (talk) 13:21, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
Nice article
[edit]Nice article! Good balance between the physics background and the more engineering-oriented parts on gyrotrons, transmission lines, and launchers. I just fixed a minor typo ("cyan cones represents" → "represent" in the first figure caption). Martinimarcello00 (talk) 13:53, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
