AFC CupAFC Champions League Two – The Asian Football Confederation confirmed on its official website today that the AFC Cup has been rebranded as AFC Champions League Two, and that the records and statistics of the AFC Cup will be carried forward to the AFC Champions League Two. See here. Hence, the AFC Cup page should be moved to "AFC Champions League Two". Hashim-afc (talk) 19:44, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Comment. The name of this competition is AFC Champions League 2 , Why change to irrelevant AFC CUP title , I change it. Don't revert it incorrectly again. MMMM97 (talk) 19:44, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Support per nomination. From the page history, AFC Champions League -2 and some others in recent part-auto edit summaries about undiscussed moves today should be deleted since no articles have these links. Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 21:40, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Support per nomination. Name change from 2 (which the AFC had) to Two (that they have now announced) should reflect the article name. Certainly not minus 2. Matilda Maniac (talk) 22:32, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Support per nomination. The name of the competition is Two and not -2, seeing from what they have now announced. SparklessPlug (talk | contribs) 08:38, 25 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Right. At first, it was announce as AFC Champions League 2, but was later officially branded as AFC Champions League Two. So the article title should be AFC Champions League Two.

Thank you - please can you keep it as AFC Cup for now, because this was the original title when I made the move request. Hashim-afc (talk) 15:04, 25 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
It should remain at AFC Cup until this discussion ends. GiantSnowman 15:36, 25 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Support It is officially re-branded as 'AFC Champions League Two' so the title should be so.
