– I don't think disambiguation is necessary for these pages. Seems doubtful that the years are the primary topics especially when they don't even have their own articles, and e.g. Douglas A-1 Skyraider has far more pageviews than 0s. Getting rid of the (disambiguation) would help with quicker navigation of articles and avoid the presence of a very long hatnote at 0s.
