Regarding 9T
[edit]Hi @Iljhgtn: regarding your belief that we should link User:Larry Sanger/Nine Theses, your claim that "it went far beyond anything any essay has ever done before and became notable and significant of its own right" would hold up if it had an actual article, which it doesn't. As a rule we don't link to the userspace from articles because they are not subject to the same editorial rules as articles, linking to them implies that they are a published and accepted article. In addition "9T" seems a tenuous shortcut at best. --Jac16888 Talk 17:46, 3 January 2026 (UTC)
- @Jac16888 9T and/or the nine theses could use an "actual article." The nine theses are obviously WP:GNG qualified. ~2026-63309 (talk) 04:02, 4 January 2026 (UTC)
- So write one? Until then there is no valid reason to link to it, just as we wouldn't link to any other subpage--Jac16888 Talk 12:20, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
