Is this really a bus rapid transit line?

The lead sentences describes this bus route as a bus rapid transit line.

Is this really a bus rapid transit line? Isn't the term bus rapid transit usually reserved for bus routes that run, at least partially, in a dedicated right of way? Geo Swan (talk) 17:49, 1 March 2014 (UTC)

Comparison

I reverted that edit made by 108.162.177.24, as the 504 King is a streetcar line and streetcars can't be compared to buses, in my opinion. Can we compare this to any SBS routes? Cganuelas (talk) 18:19, 14 December 2016 (UTC)

Reliable sources?

Claiming "The 99 B-Line is the busiest bus route in Canada and the United States" references three TransLink sources. The agency's performance reports provide references to back up its comparisons but those citations are so general they are worthless.
