A needless fork

This article, unreferenced since 2007, is an unnecessary fork of Semiconductor device fabrication, a relatively short article. There are twenty articles of a similar characterization. The whole group could be simply rolled into Semiconductor device fabrication, at which time the predictions of the future should be eliminated. There is no value added to the encyclopedia by having twenty spottily referenced articles when one would do. Rhadow (talk) 15:30, 18 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
