GPS Positioning. Improved for consumers?

This is from a 5G manufacturer (not a GPS manufacturer), so I don't know is the following text accurate or not:

Consumers with a cellular phone will also experience accurate positioning through 5G. It is expected that with some reasonable density of deployments in urban areas, 10 meters (m) positioning accuracy can be achieved. For pedestrians under a clear sky and with access to Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) such as GPS, positioning with a fusion of 5G and GNSS can be better than positioning with GNSS alone.

What about consumers with a notebook which has a 5G built-in? I suppose many such ThinkPad models have also integrated GPS?

5G and IoT in practice?

Hi, I know that 5G being "good for IoT" has been mentioned quite abit, same with driverless cars, edge computing, etc... Point is, so far that just seems like marketing fluff to me. But I'm ignorant, so I can't tell. Are there any noteworthy cases of such projects being done in practice, where 5G being what it is has actually proven advantageous? As opposed to a low bandwidth network akin to LoRaWan? Because I can't think of a bunch of IoT cases where latency is ever a factor, especially not logging devices. And let's just say that if cars were ever dependent on universal high speed low latency bandwidth, that I'd be sticking with my old piece of junk instead. But anyhow, this is a notable article where I felt like such cases could be mentioned a bit more broadly than just as a footnote in the history section, especially when also displaying all the lofty promises right in the lead. Or make Wikipedia's stance on those more skeptical, I don't care. 5G as a whole has just been a fad where I live, except for the big city, and it doesn't sit right to just repeat that verbatim on a wiki. And just to clarify, I am not speaking against its use for cellphones in congested area's, just the part about how it'll "change IoT forever", and "help us with driverless cars". That especially seems like a load of bullshit not worth leaving unchecked.

5G-Advanced

in my view, this section 5G-Advanced is like marketing message from some company, which tries to sell something. offering very little specific technical information, something like MIMO, QAM, modulation, beamforming or similar.

i suggest two solutions:

1: more technical stuff in this section.

2: shorten this section heavily.
