It's hard to quantify numbers but it has been stated on p4 talk by various manufacturers of 4mm scale modelling products that the rough breakdown of items sold seems to go: OO 85%, EM 10%, and P4 5%. So to say that P4 is the most popular scale amongst finescale modellers is somewhat disingenuous, I therefore removed that contention, because there are many who will contend that OO can be a finescale gauge (and if the sleeper spaceing is addressed and the layout is viewed from the side then this is a fair assertion. I added some informaiton about both P4 and EM, and linked the relavent societies including DOGA and DEMU together with the 3 main 4mm std gauge societies.
