The standing consensus on wikipedia has been that MTA maps are not usable here, since even though you might argue that we can legally use them, wikipedia policy prevents their use since they are not in a free license. • I have re-added this image. I have carefully examined Wikipedia:Fair_use_criteria and Wikipedia:Fair_use and I believe that as long as no suitable free map exists, this image is used in these two articles to illustrate the specific subject at hand, and is therefore fair use.
