Someone put up a 107% time of 1:16.594, of which it is incorrect.

I did an analysis on the Qualifying classifications and found out that George Russell's time of 1:11.492 (of which the 107% Time is 1:16.496), is the fastest lap in Q1 that sets the 107% time.
