About the reports

@SSSB I don't understand why we can't write an in-depth paragraph about qualifications and races under the heading of a "report" which is recapping what happens in the event. Classifications are for times and places listed on a table, why bother putting a heading of "qualifying report" if you don't go in-depth even if it's listed on a table? The point of the report is to explain what happened during the session. There is no point (that I can see) of us going "Verstappen qualified on pole. Sainz was second, with Perez third and then it was Leclerc and then Hamilton... Albon and Sargeant were 17th and 18th, Zhou was 19th and Magnussen was 20th." Firstly, that is not "in-depth". Secondly, readers can see that in the table - it doesn't tell me anything that I don't already know. Instead a report should tell us that Magnussen was on lap, that was on target to get him to Q2, but he ran wide at turn 14, or had to abort it after being impeded by Sainz. Then, we talk about the fact that Magnussen ended up in 20th. If we had a report of the goings on in Q1, then we could justify ending that section by saying "Ricciardo, Albon, Sargeant, Zhou and Magnussen were eliminated in Q1", because the level of depth and length of the report justifies us specifing that to help the reader understand what went on, without having to scroll back and forth between report and results. But what I got rid of wasn't a report of anything, it was just the results table presented in prose with no additional detail of the session, which doesn't really add anything.
