Correct logo?

[edit]

Is it really the right logo for this year's world championship, the one which has been added to this article? The Russian article has a completely different logo. Bandy Blues (talk) 02:28, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

It seems both logos are used at the web page of the world championship. So I suppose both are in a way official logos. I don't know if one is better to use than the other. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 21:31, 27 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Schedule for Division B

[edit]

Where can I find the schedule for division B? I don't find anything at http://bandy2016.ru/en/results Dammråtta (talk) 14:42, 30 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

I don't know. I have also looked for it. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 08:52, 31 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

The ice on Trud arena

[edit]

What's the problem with the ice and the weather? Is the freezing machinery on Trud not good enough?  Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.218.229.221 (talk) 07:22, 3 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

The knockout stage

[edit]

I think the teams have come to be presented in the wrong order in the tree graph for today's games. It is correct who they will meet today, but I don't think it is correct who they may meet in the semifinal. Skogsvandraren (talk) 07:10, 4 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Goal scoring times

[edit]

I didn’t check all matches, but I believe the goal scoring times in this article are a minute off. If a goal is scored at 11:08 (the 12th minute of the game) it should be marked in minutes as 12’, not 11’. Please see for example http://report.worldbandy.com/games/game.asp?gameID=755 and the same match at http://bandy2016.ru/en/schedule-results to compare the formats. –Kooma (talk) 16:03, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

I don't know if I agree. The twelfth minute should be noted as 11', because that's how it is marked on the clock. Snowsuit Wearer (talk|contribs) 19:43, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
That would seem logical, but... Another example, from the final: FIB live game report http://report.worldbandy.com/games/game.asp?gameID=790, schedule and results at the 2016 tournament website http://bandy2016.ru/en/schedule-results (click the score to see details) and what is apparently the official match sheet http://bandy2016.ru/en/news/446-final-list-russia-finland-2. According to the first the precise times were 03:33, 05:44, 21:12, 31:52, 41:30, 75:01 and 88:33, but the latter two list the times as 4’, 6’, 22’, 32’, 42’, 76’ and 89’. Always the ordinal number. –Kooma (talk) 21:15, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
I think you are right, Kooma. Let's see to it that this is corrected. Dammråtta (talk) 23:02, 21 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Estonian disqualification

[edit]

I think there should be some explanation written as to why the Estonian team was disqualified from the tournament. 2A00:801:210:3558:0:0:0:1 (talk) 15:18, 26 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
