I changed the colors on the standings. Instead of coloring the top 3 teams as green as a way of indicating that 3 teams advance to the Meads Cup, I thought it preferable to do that using a red line between the top 3 and bottom 3. A team can be shaded green when it is theoretically impossible for them to miss the Meads Cup. Likewise, a team can be shaded another color when it is theoretically impossible for them to reach the Meads Cup. Currently, only Wanganui and Mid-Cant are safe (even if they both lose out, Thames Valley can only achieve a maximum of 14 points), and no one has been eliminated (with the right combination of results, Poverty Bay, Horowhenua, and East Coast could take the 3rd spot).Alanmjohnson (talk) 17:46, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
