I owned a 1957 Fairlane police interceptor. It had a 354, 4 barrel carburetor . Therefore introduced in 1957 not 1958.
Contradiction of Information
[edit]The WP article above contradicts the statement in this article the 1957 was the first year since the 1930s, when Ford out sold Chevy. It shows higher Ford production in 1949 and 1954.--Kevin Murray (talk) 07:32, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
