Argentina's failed bid to host the 1938 World Cup

My contribution on Argentina's failed bid has been deleted many times, leading to the presumption of disruptive publication. I don't know why, given that sources were presented and there are even few, but existing, publications in physical books that briefly address these topics. Please, I would like to add it again without being accused of being disruptive or a troll, especially because, given the Eurocentrism that prevailed in those years (and which I see in the way of publishing on this topic as well), Argentina's bid to host the 1938 World Cup is a topic that was rarely addressed and under-reported.
