Collier & son. 1920. p. 140. The review was on 20 July, Britain joined the war on 4 August. Happy to go with "two weeks before", if that's better

• Post-Dreadnought battleships is a usage I've never heard before. They're commonly referred to as dreadnoughts or dreadnought battleships, no capitalization. And the same for pre-dreadnoughts

• Air ships No. 4, 18 and 19 weren't Asta-Torres designs

Trimmed to just "airships"

• Be careful of using page numbers for .epub versions because they reset with every resizing of the screen. My hard copy of cite 6 gives that information on page 53.
