Steve Angel

Steven F Angel was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in 1955.

From 2007 to 2018, Angel was the chairman, president, and CEO of Praxair. From 2018 to 2022, he was the CEO of Linde plc. He oversaw the integration of Linde and Praxair, Steve previously worked for General Electric, serving in many departments.

in 2025, Steve was appointed to CEO of CSX transportation.
