Stadtoldendorf (German pronunciation: [ˌʃtatˈʔɔldn̩dɔʁf] ) is a town in the center of the Holzminden district, Lower Saxony, Germany. Stadtoldendorf is the seat of the Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Eschershausen-Stadtoldendorf.
