Sookie

Sookie, also written ‘Sukey’ or ‘Suki’, is a variant of the name Susan or Susannah,[citation needed] from Hebrew שׁוֹשַׁנָּה (Shoshána) meaning "rose" or "lily."

Most famously, the name occurs in the English nursery rhyme "Polly Put the Kettle On."[1]
