Ricardo Saa Herrera (1871 – ?) was a Chilean politician, farmer and industrialist who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Liberal Democratic Party, he represented Tarapacá and Pisagua from 1912 to 1915. During his term, he was a member of the Permanent Commission of Industry and Agriculture, where he worked in support of the development of Chilean agriculture and the protection of national industries.[1]
Saa was born in Los Andes in 1871, the son of Felipe Saa and Emilia Herrera Serrano. He was educated at the Liceo de San Felipe.
He worked as a farmer and industrialist and promoted the development of agricultural and industrial activities. Among his business ventures was the establishment of a spinning mill regarded at the time as one of the country's notable textile enterprises. In the province of Aconcagua, where his agricultural property was located, he was also active in promoting the ideas of the Liberal Democratic Party.
