Authors published by Poolbeg Press include Maeve Binchy, Patricia Scanlan, Marian Keyes, Cathy Kelly, Sheila O'Flanagan, Colette Caddle, William Trevor and Melissa Hill. It is known for discovering and promoting new Irish writers, particularly female authors.[2]
