Pishanbur (Persian: پيشنبور)[a] is a village in Kelardasht-e Gharbi Rural District[4] of the Central District in Kelardasht County,[b] Mazandaran province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,406 in 354 households, when it was in Kelardasht Rural District[c] of Kelardasht District[d] in Chalus County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,451 people in 434 households,[7] by which time the rural district had been renamed Kelardasht-e Sharqi Rural District. The village was transferred to Kelardasht-e Gharbi Rural District created in the same district.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,849 people in 610 households, when the district had been transformed into Kelardasht County.[5] Pishanbur was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
