Phelan Lake[1] is a glacial lake in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The lake is within the Northern Administration District about 57 kilometres (35 mi) north-northwest of Creighton.[2]

Phelan Lake covers an area of 647.5 hectares (1,600 acres), has a shoreline of 35 kilometres (22 mi), and is 6.6 kilometres (4.1 mi) long. Several small rivers flow into the lake while its outflow is a short connection to MacLean Lake.[3] MacLean Lake empties via a short river into Tocher Lake, which is a lake along the course of Nemei River in the Churchill River drainage basin.

There are no communities on the lake — only a fly-in fishing lodge.[4] Northern pike are commonly found in the lake.[5]
