Owlya (Persian: اوليا)[a] is a village in Pain Velayat Rural District of the Central District in Taybad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 18 in five households.[4] The village did not appear in the following census of 2011.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as zero.[2]
