Origny-le-Roux (French pronunciation: [ɔʁiɲi lə ʁu] ⓘ) is a commune in the Orne department in north-western France.
Geography
[edit]The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, Le Marais, Origny-le-Roux, Le Plessis, Meslin, Méaton and La Jarrias.[3]
The river the l'Orne Saosnoise flows through the commune.[4] In addition a stream, called the Ruisseau du plessis, also flows through the commune.[5]

[edit]- Château de Chèreperrine an eighteenth century chateau, featuring a ground floor decorated and furnished by Nicolas Heurtaut, it was registered as a Monument historique in 1989.[6]
