Olamaie was a restaurant in Austin, Texas[1][2][3] that operated from 2012 to July 19, 2026.[4]
In 2015, chef-owners Michael Fojtasek and Grae Nonas won the Food & Wine Best New Chefs award.[4]
On November 2024, Olamaie was awarded a Michelin star. For the next eight months, Olamaie saw elevated foot traffic before returning to normal levels.[4]
