Ola de Calor (Spanish for "Heat Wave") is an upcoming professional wrestling livestreaming event produced by Mexican professional wrestling promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), in partnership with its parent company WWE. The event will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas, United States. The event will take place right before NXT Heatwave in the same venue. The event will go head-to-head against rival company All Elite Wrestling's pay-per-view event All In.

At NXT The Great American Bash on June 27, 2026, a Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) event to be held right before NXT Heatwave on Sunday, August 30, at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas, United States. The AAA event, along with NXT Heatwave, will go head-to-head against All Elite Wrestling's All In event.[1] On August 7, AAA unveiled the name of the event: Ola de Calor (Spanish for "Heat Wave").[2]
Broadcast outlets
[edit]In the United States, the event will be broadcast as a livestreaming event on YouTube and Facebook.[3] As part of a media rights agreement with the Fox Corporation, the event will air on Fox and their streaming affiliates Fox One and Tubi in Mexico and Latin America.[4]
Storylines
[edit]The event will feature professional wrestling matches that involve wrestlers from scripted feuds. The wrestlers will portray either heels (referred to as rudos in Mexico, those that play the part of the "bad guys") or faces (técnicos in Mexico, the "good guy" characters) as they perform.[5] Results are predetermined by WWE's writers from their AAA subsidiary, while storylines are produced on WWE's weekly television program, Lucha Libre AAA.[6][7]
