Octhispa severini is a species of beetle of the family Chrysomelidae. It is found in Brazil (Espírito Santo, Goiás, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Pernambuco)[1] and Paraguay.[2]
