Please update the ISO 639-3 language name for code `mrh` from Mara Chin to Mara.

Proposed change: ["mrh"] = {"Mara"}
Reason: SIL International adopted ISO 639-3 Change Request 2025-034, effective 2026-07-15, changing the ISO 639-3 reference name from "Mara Chin" to "Mara".
