Background and release
[edit]Prior to the EP's release, Lil Uzi Vert previewed several upcoming songs on his Instagram, including behind-the-scenes footage.[1]
The EP came after the cancellation of Vert's Lollapalooza set at Grant Park, Chicago. [2] A surprise release, it was shared on July 31, 2026, corresponding with Vert's birthday.[1] The cover art features hidden text, reportedly saying “Album After This”.[3]
Composition and lyrics
[edit]Gabriel Bras Nevares of HotNewHipHop described the EP as reminiscent of Vert's previous works, noting on its buzzy instrumentals and energetic deliveries.[4] Lyrically, Vert celebrates his recent accomplishments and milestones.[5]
