Martins Babaleⓘ (born 1 January 1959) is a Nigerian politician who served as deputy governor of Adamawa State from 2015 to 2019.[1] He was elected into office in 2015 alongside Bindo Umaru Jibrilla.[2][3][4][5][6][7] He was elected twice to the House of Representatives, From 2003 to 2007, he served in the 5th National Assembly, representing the Jada/Aganye/Toungo/M’belwa Federal Constituency under the People's Democratic Party (PDP). Before that, he represented the Gombi/Hong Federal Constituency from 1990 to 2003.[8][9][10][11]
