Microtubule cross-linking factor 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MTCL2 gene (previously SOGA1).[5][6] This microtubule protein is involved in chromosome segregation.[6] It has also been known as SOGA family member 1 or suppressor of glucose, autophagy-associated protein 1.
