Lusën is a village in the former municipality of Ujëmisht in Kukës county, Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Kukës.[1]
History
[edit]The Çejku family originate from Lusën and are one of the most prominent from here.[2] The villagers were involved in the fighting in the Lumë region, during which local residents like Daut Hasan Çejku were killed in action.[3] Other fighters from the village include Hasan Tosun Çejku, Sali Sinan Çejku and Adem Haziz Çejku. [2]
