Xylosyl- and glucuronyltransferase LARGE2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the LARGE2 gene (previously GYLTL1B).^[5]^[6]^[7] LARGE2 is a bifunctional glycosyltransferase which is able to act as either an alpha-1,3-xylosyltransferase or a beta-1,3-glucuronyltransferase.^[8]
