Kelvyn Hallifax (born 22 June 1952) is a British singer, songwriter, guitarist, record producer, and sound designer.[1]

Biography

[edit]

Hallifax was born in Croydon, Surrey, England on 22 June 1952.[1]

In 1983, he released his debut solo single, True Love Adventures, on Polydor Records.[citation needed]

In 1986, Hallifax released his solo concept album Days of Europa through Teldec. The album's lead single, White Boy in Europe, was promoted via a music video recorded for the German television program Musikladen Eurotops.[2]

During the 1990s, Hallifax provided backing vocals on the albums Prince Ital Joe's Life in the Streets (1994) and Sarah Brightman's Fly (1995, re-released in 1996). He also worked as a music producer,[3] composing the soundtrack for the short film Go Bash! (2010). He later established Babylon Music & Sound Design in Amsterdam.[4]
