Jack Clay Inman (January 26, 1925[2] – November 24, 2015) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives.[3][4]
Born in DeLand, Florida, the son of Clare Higley and Frank Lindon Inman,[1] Inman attended at DeLand High School.[1] He went on to attend Stetson University and the Stetson University College of Law,[1] He then served in the United States Navy during World War II, where he was a communications officer.[1]
In 1957, Inman was elected to the Florida House of Representatives,[3] succeeding Henry W. Land.[3] In 1961, he was succeeded by John L. Ducker.[3] Inman was later an insurance commissioner in Florida,[1] and owned Corporate Group Service.[1]
Inman died in November 2015 at the age of 90.[1]
