Is it possible to generate a list of articles using a specific infobox?

How many soldiers for a country to be included on a Info-box

What silly infobox error am I making
[edit]We have many articles with an infobox style that works great in browsers yet will not align properly on cellphones. The examples are at User:Fyunck(click)/sandbox. The columns are a mess.
