Harley Swedler (born 1962) is an architect, artist, and designer.
Biography
[edit]Harley Swedler was born in Canada, in 1962. Mr. Swedler earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. Upon completing his studies in Canada and Italy, Swedler worked at the offices of Pasanella + Klein (New York), where he worked on the renovation of Joan Rivers' Manhattan pied-à-terre. He completed his architectural registration while working at the offices of Richard Meier and Partners Architects, while working on projects in Europe and North America (most notably, the headquarters for Canal + Paris).
His work was acquired by the Jewish Museum for its permanent collection.[1] Swedler earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carleton University in Ottawa.[2] He designed a glass and steel house (JAM House) was reviewed in Interior Design magazine.[3]
