Happy Pet is a pet technology company based in Bengaluru, India. Founded by Anil Reddy, it operates services for pet owners and develops management software for pet care businesses. Its legal name is Excitado Innovations Private Limited.[1]

Products and services

Happy Pet's consumer platform includes a website with information about pet care and a mobile app for pet owners. The app allows users create profiles for their pets, maintain health records and organise aspects of their daily care.[2]

The company's business software, Happy Pet Tech, provides tools for pet grooming, boarding, daycare, retail and veterinary businesses. It supports appointment scheduling, customer records, inventory management and billing.[3]

Investment

In February 2026, Happy Pet announced an investment from cardiac surgeon Devi Shetty and his family. The announcement describes plans to expand its consumer platform and business software also.[4]
