From Day One
From Day One is an American media outlet and conference series focused on corporate values issues, edited by former Time and Fortune executive Stephen Koepp.[1][2] It was founded in 2018[3] and is based in Brooklyn, New York.[4] It operates in two verticals, human resources and marketing, producing conferences and published articles in each.
The conferences are professional development events for senior executives in human resources and people leadership, and in marketing and marketing operations. Sessions consist of panel discussions, workshops, and talks by corporate executives, academics, and authors.[5][6]
Human resources topics have included recruiting and hiring,[7] employee development,[8] workplace culture,[9] employee benefits,[10] and diversity and inclusion, [11] with marketing focused on brand integrity, customer trust, and developments in AI.[12] Annual conferences are held in cities including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C.[13]
