Robert Perks

I have created a biography of Robert Perks founder of the Christchurch School of Music in 1955. This is linked to music history voluntary work for the Canterbury Stories website for the Christchurch City Libraries where we are migrating a range of music education archives including some of Robert Perks' papers (all going well). Very happy to have anyone edit it. Papers Past 'Press' material has numerous references to him and his work, picking the right references to use has not been easy as there is no actual obituary. So it is an article by article check. We have found a number of images of Robert Perks, but have not yet got rights for any of them yet. Kōparapara (talk) 01:45, 1 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
