COI and Oldest Article

Just making sure that the COI is stated in this case. Also, I have moved the content from the second article to the oldest article. The second article can now be deleted.

There is no account sharing!

I believe I have corrected any content problems as noted and this article now follows the format of Braniff's predecessor CEO articles. I have also removed only but a few sources that were problems, mainly the company bios, and these have been replaced with mainline aviation publication sources.

Certainly, I welcome any edits, etc., to make the article the best it can be. I have written many of these types of articles and feel that I can remain neutral even when discussing my own history.
