I previously submitted an earlier, weaker version at Draft:Qtera Corporation, which was declined by Timtrent on 9 August 2026 for WP:NCORP. This draft is a rewrite with additional independent sources (Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, EE Times, Light Reading, Sun-Sentinel). I also briefly moved the page to "Qtera Corporation." by mistake while trying to use the fuller name; I have moved it back here.
