@Hoary: Thanks for the review. I have rewritten the draft: removed promotional material and lists, cut it by about half, and rebuilt the substantive sections around independent sources (Carpo's anthology The Digital Turn in Architecture 1992–2012, de Wilde's IBPSA review, the Library of Congress, the CCA). I also corrected the attribution of the 1997 Jyväskylä project, which was by Bettum and Sotamaa. Further pointers to independent sources are welcome.
