I work professionally with Leon du Preez and am affiliated with Encounter Church. I therefore have a conflict of interest regarding this draft. I have disclosed this connection on my user page.
I intend to develop this draft through the Articles for Creation process, relying on reliable published sources, particularly independent secondary sources. I welcome independent review of its sourcing, neutrality, due weight, notability, and compliance with Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy.
